How long will delivery take ?

Expected arrival time after order will be 3 - 8 business days within Canada and USA.

International orders will arrive within 15 to 30 business days.

Express delivery is available. Please choose the Express delivery option during checkout.

What is your refund and return policy?

No return for worn items.

No returns if sock are separated from card stock (needs to be in saleable condition).

Returns will be accepted within 14 days after customer received item and they are not satisfied.

We do not accept liability for any damage during transit of item back to V&W office.

Cost of return shipping will be covered by customer to V&W office. For more information, please contact us at connect@velvetandwhite.com.

Can I exchange my item

Yes, for any unworn items and if items are not removed from card stock (needs to be in saleable condition).

Customer will need to cover the cost of shipping back to V&W office and pay price difference if the price of the new item is greater than original item.

What sizes does Velvet & White offer

Today we only offer one size that fits most men (6 to 12).

During the packaging process the socks may look larger in the packaging due to the use of natural fibers. 

Initially for some feet sizes the sock can be a little “not fitted” but once washed it will fit better.

What is the V&W sustainable promise

All of the energy used to produce Velvet and White socks and accessories comes from sustainable sources.

We use high-quality, natural products wherever possible, including cotton, cashmere and wool. The nylon we use is sourced in the UK to minimize our carbon footprint.

We take an eco-friendly approach to packaging and ensuring that all aspects of Velvet & White production and supply chain management is green as possible.

What products does V&W offer

V&W is a fashion accessory brand that today offers socks for men, but will expand to other fashion accessories in the near future.

Will I have to pay import taxes or duties

You may have to pay import duties and/or sales tax in your country of origin, which maybe charged by your country's custom.

How are V&W socks made

All of our luxury socks are made in the United Kingdom.

We leverage sustainable practices across every aspect of our production process, from manufacturing and packaging to supply chain management and shipping.

Our high-quality socks are made of 75% cotton and 25% nylon.

All Velvet and White items are thoroughly inspected to ensure quality and to check for potential defects.

All of our socks are hand-knit and finished using a process called hand linking. The highly-technical method delivers lasting quality and comfort.

Do you offer free shipping

Yes, for orders (before tax) greater than $50 in Canada and USA.

What payment options does V&W offer

We accept all major credit cards, PayPal, apple pay, google pay and Sezzle.

How does V&W handle Lost Packages?

Lost in Transit – All packages are insured with our shipping service provider.  In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit, V&W will refill your order and ship it back to you.

Lost after Delivery – If your package is marked as delivered and you are unable to locate your package, please notify V&W via email (connect@velvetandwhite.com) and we will make every effort to work with the shipping service provider to locate your package.  V&W is not responsible for delivered packages; thus no refund, credit or refill will occur.

Missing items from your Order?

All items are scanned before packaging and doubled checked by V&W staff before the packaged is sealed for delivery.  This ensure that we will not miss any items from the order.
