Today we only offer one size that fits most men (6 to 12).

During the packaging process the socks may look larger in the packaging due to the use of natural fibers. 

Initially for some feet sizes the sock can be a little “not fitted” but once washed it will fit better.

All of the energy used to produce Velvet and White socks and accessories comes from sustainable sources.

We use high-quality, natural products wherever possible, including cotton, cashmere and wool. The nylon we use is sourced in the UK to minimize our carbon footprint.

Lost in Transit – All packages are insured with our shipping service provider.  In the unlikely event that your package is lost in transit, V&W will refill your order and ship it back to you.

Lost after Delivery – If your package is marked as delivered and you are unable to locate your package, please notify V&W via email (connect@velvetandwhite.com) and we will make every effort to work with the shipping service provider to locate your package.  V&W is not responsible for delivered packages; thus no refund, credit or refill will occur.

All items are scanned before packaging and doubled checked by V&W staff before the packaged is sealed for delivery.  This ensure that we will not miss any items from the order.

What type of custom socks can you produce? Velvet & White can produce custom socks for men, women and youth, and babies from a wide variety of socks options

What are the socks made of? Our popular custom socks are our made of; 80% combed cotton, 17% polyamide, and 3% spandex. We have the flexibility to produce socks to your specification and needs.

How does sizing work? Most of our clients order our “one size fits most", but we offer sizes for men, women, youth and babies.

Can I design my own socks? Yes, we provide our in-house design team to work closely with your design team to ensure your custom socks are designed to your exact specifications and liking

What are the minimum order quantities? Order minimum order is 100 pairs per design and size, but if you have something else in mind, please reach out and we will do our best to accommodate any request.

How long does it take to receive my order? Once your design is approved, order can take 7 to 14 days for socks to arrive at your final destination

Where are your socks made? All of our custom socks are made in the UK or Italy

Can I get a sample of my custom socks? Yes, we can make a sample pair of your socks for for a small fee
